Cloud Swirl
My rule to look around back came in handy the other night. We’d gone out to try to see the comet NEOWISE but the clouds made that plan unworkable. I turned around to see what was behind us (photographically speaking), and that’s when I spotted this fantastic cloud.

I took advantage of a weekend trip to a place with dark-ish skies to work on getting some photos of the night skies.

My son, who delights in goofiness, photobombed this shot by hopping around with a flashlight. And then he tripped over the firepit and fell down. The fun with us just never, ever stops.
