A late supper

You’ve seen it, haven’t you? The more-frequent inclusion of people in my images. Are you wondering if I’m OK? Do you suspect that someone else has taken over my blog?

The answers are Yes. And No.

In the past, I would have lined up my shot and waiting for the people to leave before I made the picture. But, as part of my ongoing process to see things differently, I’ve decided to leave people in some of the shots. We’ll see how that goes!

PS – There is a chance, I guess, that one of these days I go completely off the deep end and post a photo that not only has people in it, but is in color!

  1. We even got 1/4 of the photographer in the mirror.

  2. I love the expression on the face of the guy in the apron. Brilliant.

  3. Love this experimentation! Great photo Melinda. 😊

  4. They’re surprised because they can’t believe you’re taking pics of people. That’s how famous you are !
Since grandkids, and one great, I take people pics.

  5. This was all going on behind my back. The photo came out really well, there are a lot of internal frames happening here – a novel way for you to use rectangles, putting people in them.

As I recall the food wasn’t anything to write home about, but I did like the name of the place which I think is why we went there. That, and being more than ready for some food.

  6. Great shot .. I wish I felt more confident taking pics of people 😃
