Yes. And at least two or three meetings to plan the meetings to discuss it.

I think three meetings would probably be the minimum we could get by with. And I am not ready to predict how many meetings we’ll need after the meetings to plan the meetings have been completed…it could be well into the double digits, though.

I’ve just ordered the book – thanks for the tip! We are going to have to update our agency’s strategic plan* next year, so I have some time to study the book and prepare. I am particularly interested in upping my whiteboard game.
*Yeah. Don’t get me started. (And I’m the PLANNER for the agency, so it seems like maybe I ought to think strategic plans are useful documents. Just this morning, I told my coworkers that I had just written the strategic plan update for the board and that it seemed like one of the points in the report was potentially helpful. That realization made me dizzy and I had to lie down. I’ll work on a re-write of that portion of my report, obviously.)
