My observant reader(s) will have probably noticed by now that I am big fan of this sculpture. I am so much a fan that I got up the other day, before it was even light outside, just to drive up to campus and get photos of it in the snow. It was worth it.

Snow Day

And it came to pass that early one very snowy Sunday morning, I found myself back at my new favorite location: there was no way I was missing the chance to photograph this stunning sculpture as the snow fell and the day broke.

My pal Meyer and I took a drive one day and ended up in Lazbuddie. Because of course we did.

I have a fascination with football stadiums in little towns, so of course that was one of our stops. And look! There’s Meyer, out there in the middle of the field.

Debris

This construction debris turned into a two-u-turn operation because it was too good to not stop and photograph all those things (to use the technical term) between the road and the farm.
