Sure. The sign says the place is open. But all other context clues tell me otherwise.

I’ve been busy for a while doing other photography stuff, and this was the first day in a while that I’ve been able to get back to my old-school methods of wandering around rural towns. It felt good.
And it felt especially good when I turned down an alley and saw three orange cones ahead of me. (It really is the small things…)
