My life is an easy chair
The main thing I think about when I am out photographing abandoned places is how the particular things I see were left behind. Was this chair broken? Too heavy to life? Maybe someone meant to come back for it? Maybe terrible things happened in the chair, and no one wanted it?
But anyway, there it is, all velvet and mildew and dust and pigeon shit.
