My money would be on the tree. But if the new owners aren’t huggers then the tree won’t stand a chance.

I can’t image who’d want to purchase an out-of-business church in the middle of cotton fields, so maybe that gives the tree a slight advantage.

I should figure out how to to a time-lapse of it – I’d probably only need to take 3-4 photos a year to capture what’s happening.
