A Static Parade
When I was in college, I drove a Pinto.
For a while, I went out with a guy who drove a Corvette. It was fun to roll around in a town in a car that caused people to not look at you with pity, which was what I was used to.
I kept that stupid Pinto for ten years, which is probably some kind of record. I don’t know what happened to the Corvette guy; I don’t think he was at this car show, though.
