this raises some questions

First: this was NOT in the women’s building, as it’s too crude for ladies’ eyes.
Second: those are some mighty big drawers.
Third: What is happening here?
Fourth: neither my granddaughter nor her friend who was with us thought this was an idea they’d like to explore for their science fair project this year. (They won big with last year’s project – examining the effect of dimples on golf balls.)
Fifth: Kids! Am I right?

sea/glass

I started the run of photos from my trip with a sunset, so I guess it makes sense to end with a sunrise…

The way those waves were backlit by the rising sun fascinated me: it reminds me of molten glass. And you can go ahead and relax because I will only post this one image (of the 100 or so that I made of the exact same thing).

ivy league (sort of)

The cemetery chapel was covered with ivy that was just starting to think about putting on its fall reds, which would have been a beautiful display. But, really, I didn’t hate the way it looked when I saw it, and especially liked the way the wavy gold glass was peeking through the leaves.

still water

My friends and I went down to the water to see if the sunset was going to be worth photographing. (It was, as you may have already seen in a previous post.) While we waited for the sky to go out in a glorious flame of orange, we wandered around taking photos. You know, the way you do.

shower/stall

It was off season, so the door to the marina’s outdoor shower was nailed shut. For photographic purposes, all that meant was that I just stuck my camera over the top and made a few pictures. You know, the way I do.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I only do stuff like this if I am at least 100% certain that shower (or whatever I’m photographing) is unoccupied. It would be too weird otherwise. And also, probably illegal.
