Shrine Shadows
There are many things I don’t understand, and I think that photographing them may help me think about them in a different way, or at least think about them at all.
Out there on the far side of Brownfield there is a roadside shrine: a tall cross, a grotto, floodlights – the whole thing. I’ve photographed it twice. I still don’t really get it, but this time I did learn that diffused and shadowy light outside can still make interesting shadows in the grotto.
So, there’s that.
