This one raises so many questions. The sign also says chicken dumplins. And why is there an alcove with a chair in it built of lockers.

The locker/chair alcove was actually the first thing I saw, and the cone in front of it was an additional mystery.
The only thing that made sense was the Christmas tree, but that’s because I was there on Christmas Eve. My bet is the tree’s still up, making it make less and less sense.
