raindrops on the lens

Sometimes when you and your microfiber towel are just overwhelmed by the situation and weather and the wind-driven rain, you decided to just go with it, to just let there be some raindrops on the lens.  And you decide to call it “adding authenticity” to the image and post it.

Cloud Gate: disappearing against the sky

I had a free morning the other day in Chicago and so I wandered over to see what was going on in Millennium Park.

Now I can’t decide which I like better – the way the red leaves are reflected in Cloud Gate, or the way the sculpture itself disappears against the sky…
