Counter Seating (breakfast)

Pro Tip: if you want breakfast at the Arcade Restaurant, get there just before they open so you’re in the first wave to get in. Otherwise, it’ll be a bit of a wait. I’m not saying it’s not worth the wait – because it is – I’m just mentioning in to help you manage your time. And, given the option, you know it’s always better to get counter seating because you get to watch all the stuff that’s going on. (Sadly, I did not have that option.)

Pattern, repeated

But then, I noticed the industrial architecture behind it and could see certain patterns repeated in both things. So maybe the architect designed the decorative thing as an homage to the industrial thing.

Street Wig

I sort of hate to even think about the circumstances that would result in a wig, tangled up in leaves, left at the edge of a street. It can’t have been good, right?

This was the first street-wig I’d ever noticed, but a few days later and only three miles away I saw ANOTHER one. I have some questions…
