This old and vacant building had perhaps the best awning I’ve seen in my many years of awning observation.

That is definitely one stunning awning.

I walked all the way across the street to photograph it, which was sort of an accomplishment because I was only a few weeks out from big ol’ knee surgery and was using a cane. But it was worth it.
