Seligman, Arizona, cracked me up. They’ve hung a lot (like maybe everything?) on their Route 66 location and the results were often hilarious.
Like this poor woman, who not only has neither hair nor hands (or a lower body, probably) and has somehow ended up in the toilet.

Why, yes, I did wait sort of a long time until that weird disembodied hand (advertising something?) returned to the TV in the corner. It added just the right amount of “what the hell is happening here?” that I was hoping to capture.

This of course was not the only time I saw a place with signage proclaiming the place was open only to see about a million context clues that told me otherwise. But for some reason, the mixed message at this hapless place was more entertaining than any of the other ones.
