Two-story wedding

112016

This particular Saturday afternoon, as I was leaving some fascinating convention sessions, I spotted a nice scene playing out at the church across the street. It was a lot more interesting than the junk I’d been listening to all day!

After Dinner

I was trying to get a shot of the table. But I didn’t want people in it. (You know.) But she was just too quick for me.

Now I realize that the shot I thought I wanted would have been boring compared to the one I got.

Self Serve

You know that I almost never make pictures that have people in them, but sometimes things are just too tempting to resist. I missed the best part though, which was when the man with the dog took cell-phone photos of the older gentleman. There was just something about it that was so dear that I had to look away.

Another photo with people?! This is disturbing, isn’t it?

But sometimes the Photography Gods smile down, and reward you with three people and two plants lined up in such a way that NOT making the shot would be unforgivable.

The Young Explorer

You know that I don’t take photos of people. Unless they are my granddaughters.

Or, unless I notice an intrepid young explorer, heading out on a big adventure.
